The casual environment, access to leadership, the promotion of selfcare, and the family feel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promoted to 2nd level & only got a 5% increase when my salary was low in the TSR. Now, my salary is not where it could be. I was told sometime later after my promotion by Compensation, that we offer what the EMG allows for promotions unless there is extenuating circumstances. Be fair!
