My leadership team prioritizes inclusion, has an open-door policy and is very supportive. Most employees really seem to want to see others win and succeed.

The best part about my compensation package is that it is results driven. It gives me the motivation to do my part and contribute toward pushing us beyond 100%.

My leadership team does display a true passion for the success of the business, taking care of our clients that we support, as well as the people that they support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is primarily remote; therefore, we rely heavily on strong communication and collaboration amongst us. My team is also quite diverse in that we have representation from many walks of life, from individuals across the country.
