Being able to work on Michigan avenue. This is a flagship store and I love coming to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team really cares about me as a person and wants me to succeed. They are honest and motivating and show me everyday that they want the best for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of effort and energy required to go above and beyond. I am naturally the person that will go above and beyond. Personally I would love to be paid more for what I do for the company. That is the only thing I would love to have more money. Our compensation is always being lowered
