Overall it's a great company and I enjoy working here, but given the shrinking of workforce and flattening of our organization there is no job security. I wouldn't ask my friends or family to work in that environment, it's too stressful.

Knowing that I'm helping to change the business and drive positive results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is actively engaged on solving the lack of diversity, equity and inclusion within our company and across all levels within the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Premium costs are fair compared the level of healthcare being offered. I would rather pay more for better insurance than to be forced to suffer through High-Cost, Low Quality health care coverage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a team of incredibly talented individuals from all walks of life. There's no ego here, we're all here to help create a better place to work for all of our fellow employees.
