I am extremely happy and honored to be working for the company which is why I have been here for over a decade. It does seem like there are opportunities for certain individuals but now seems the company has shifted from DE&I equality to strictly just business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am able to go in and make someone else smile. Being there for my team so that they are excited to come to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my leadership team is willing to invest in their people. they listen and are wanting to make changes that will make the employees want to stay with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
earning the satisfaction of being able to lead others. coaching and developing them to want to make the most out of what they are handed while striving for advancement in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the amount of work I do, I feel underpaid. I manage both bargained and management employees which some get compensated more than I do. I continue to strive at being the best I am every day while staying positive but not being able to negotiate my salary is demoralizing at times.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
for the majority of my coworkers, they are able to carry their weight but the one I work with on a daily basis has difficulty in retaining what I teach them on. I am thrilled about my opportunity and make it the most to create an exciting work environment but get held back to retrain them.
