What are some of the best things about your team?

We are willing to help one another when work gets overwhelming.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The Area Managers, Managers, and applicants that I encounter within the nine States of the SE for the Machine Operator positions, the employees that are going through the PMR Process, and when I collaborate with other Staffing Managers.

What makes you most happy at work?

Calling applicants to inform them that they have completed and pass the requirements for a job at AT&T, because it is going to change that person's life and those associated with that person. Completing the final disposition for an employee in the Permanent Medical Restriction Process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have two Master Degrees that are in line with what I do; a MA in Management and Public Relations. I was a Personnel Officer in the U.S. Army, and that was not considered in my compensation package. I wanted to work for this company and was glad for the opportunity.
