Our team is very supportive of each other, help each other at all times and recognize each other's accomplishments!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Connection Awards are great but when I compare them to my previous individual performance bonuses, I'm not making as much money.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being engaged and busy. I thrive in a busy environment. I also like to be viewed as value added.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked for the company a long time and can honestly say that with the exception of one instance, every employee I have ever worked with has been great.
