Having been here more than 25 years, my overall experience has been positive. While I've enjoyed my career journey, I do feel that some roles are undervalued compared to others, even though those roles allow the more valued roles to operate at the highest level of excellence.

response based on length of employment and outstanding performance over the years... the range could be greater for the role
