AT&T has a brand that has stood strong for 140 years; but the brand does not sell itself anymore. Its relationship business & I think we have the people in place to get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our brand and what we stand for....but recent layoffs have been a little distracting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are diverse and bring great ideas to the table...which is what great teams do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Solving customer business problems is what gets me up early and motivates me to work late until the job is done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With us having to work more with less; it would be nice to see company recognize the long hours we put into a job & customers we really care about
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think leaders need to really have an open-door policy and promote that. I have always been taught in my 20+ years of corporate life to never just call an executive leader. Unless they promote it & stress it; I will do it. Our voices need to be heard. We are the front line. We see what works.
