Overall i am happy and satisfied with what i am engaged in at work and enjoy working with my colleagues and also enjoy my work from home environment as i can go in to the local office when required.

All is good but the company contributions to retirement plans are really appreciated.

The collaboration within and without my team and the flexibility and autonomy to plan my own work within the parameters of my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they can change their mind about something big even if it costs money, if they see that it is no longer working/valuable, and assess for a better outcome.
