Overall I consider myself lucky to work for the company. There are pain points that come from working for such a large company, but I think for the most part it's been a positive experience.

People are allowed to be themselves at work, and the company ensures that everyone gets heard

My immediate supervisor is really good about being transparent regarding decisions as well as accessible if someone needs assistance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've been really blessed to work with teams that prioritize collaboration and helping one another. They're also just fun people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think unless you have a boss who's really willing to go to bat for you and make sure you get paid appropriately, it's really hard to get any kind of consideration for an off cycle raise. Additionally I've been here 10 years and still haven't even gotten to the midline of my title's pay scale.
