My experience with this company has been very positive for the most part. Years ago I came to this company not realizing what career opportunities that I would take part in. This company has allowed me to believe in myself and showed me that I can achieve anything by goal setting and working hard.

The executive leadership does a great job interacting which team members all across the company to explain company goals, objectives, and results.

The best thing about my team is that we all have diverse sets of skills that make us unique and different allowing us to all work together making us an extraordinary team.

What makes me most happy at work is knowing that I have another day to make a positive impact in the life of another individual. This is so rewarding and makes me enjoy coming to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is that I have the opportunity to work with individuals whose backgrounds, beliefs, etc. are completely different than mines. The culture allows an environment where everyone has a voice in discussions.
