Though there are many opportunites within the company, things tend to get a little to political and bias at times when trying to advance. I love working here and understand everyone has opportunities, but even those in upper management needs a reality check on their leadership style.

The benefits and most people willingness to track things down and keep things done.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am self motivated and figure thing out. I don't live in regret and find a way or a reason to be happy every day. I sing and smile and love helping our customers while closing big sales and competing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team wants to win, that is the best part about my leadership team. However, this could come in many forms and may somehow seem by any means at times. If our focus is on profitability, make it make sense.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel compared to my peers, considering my experience, education and performance/ work ethic over the years that I have not been paid or rewarded accurately. Better raises and looking more at an overall picture of the value I bring to the company as a whole. Prices are rising, so should pay.
