I've learned a lot but have not advanced due to reasons beyond my control. It seems like there is only one type of person that is promotable, and I am not that person. It's not worth it and I am actively looking to leave.

My team is collaborative, open-minded, and everyone wants to do a good job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have an unclear strategy and no clear goals. We need a complete housecleaning of our officer population - the problems start at the top.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are people who were hired in the same development program who are making a lot more than I am now. We need to adjust salaries for those who were in development programs but were hired before new salary bands were in effect. This isn't fair to those of us who have been loyal to AT&T.
