I have had many great years! It is disturbing to see the rate of surplus over the years. There is really no job security. Any team can be impacted at any time. Outside of 1 or 2 people, I have had GREAT managers over the years.

Most positive is the team members that I get to work with everyday.

Team members help each other out on the job. Team members have good attitudes and are positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits continue to be eroded: 1) Loss of our TV discounts were taken away with nothing replacing it has left a sour taste. 2) Loss of vacation time 3) Loss of benefits subsidy in retirement.
