AT&T has taken care of me since I was 19 years old. I've never been on a team or in a role with this company where I didn't feel thankful for that. I learn something new every day, have a work life balance, and my family is well taken care of. I hope to be an AT&T lifer.
What makes you most happy at work?
My favorite thing is making my client's lives easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe in the company vision and the leadership team. They are quick to make changes and pivot, and are never afraid to share news, good or bad.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked in sales and HR for this company, two totally different areas of the business. I've worked on so many different teams with all different types of people. One message has always been consistent. Home, family, and health come before work. (It makes the work part easy)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and PTO. Pay is competitive and gives me the lifestyle my family and I want, but good benefits and PTO are what help people sleep at night. It shows that AT&T cares about more than just what people are paid, they want us happy (PTO) and healthy (benefits) too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse and knowledgeable. Everyone has a different story of how they got to where they are with the company. Seven of us cover the whole country. I think what I like best is everyone knows things and has had experiences that the others haven't... it makes for a really strong team.
