They keep taking away. I can not retire with health care now, pension is cut, benefits are worse, they take a week vacation away. They tell you to WFH then change their mind. Can't even give a fair cost of living raise. I will stop before I sound negative.

We should just try and get along for the most part. quit trying to find ways to overstep each other
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing much at work anymore since we have to go 3 days a week. They tell you one thing and change your entire life the next year. Just can't trust leadership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quick taking things away. Our pensions have shrunk 200 grand in the last 3 year. Insurance is higher and rate of pay is not good to offset. Take away DTV discount and Wireless could be more than 50%. Have reimbursement for ones not in AT&T territory like SouthWestern Bell and SBC did.
