If you dont want to feel like a number in this large company you have to put yourself out there - lots of opportunities but you have to take lead in your own career.

Many opportunities to move within the company, which is strongly encouraged to do. I like being able to learn new/different areas of the business to keep from being stagnant.

Im so glad I have the opportunity to work for AT&T and made it a career. I started on the frontline as a sales employee and now I'm a manager supporting and entire region.
