AT&T is a great place to work. While I may log 10 hours in each day on VPN, I work from home most days and have flexibility for before & afterschool runs, meals, exercise, training & development, and more. We also have 15 family caregiver days to take time off for doctors visits, sick kids, etc!

My team is very collaborative by nature - no one forces anyone to share, yet everyone does.

Pay Transparency: Posted target salary ranges based on role and location, with everyone in the role paid at least the minimum of the TSR
