I love working at AT&T!!! My biggest concern is whether or not I will be faced with surplus again. Surplus is the constant "nag" that daunts my career. I feel somewhat safe knowing that I do more quality work than others, but since the criteria which leads to surplus is unknown, it's frightening.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are culture-driven.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having insurance and getting an annual bonus. Thank you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
John Stankey is human and that trickles down. It is a welcome change.

Most of them are awesome. There are a few who are harder to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am doing the right thing and that what I do makes a positive impact on our customer base.
