Good experience in my youth and in my ignorance. It is alarming to see the politics, lack of age diversity in new manager hires, and promotions. Losing people who understood the what and how. Too many times now if the what is good enough then the how is ignored.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Retirement benefits. Limited number of people can receive the highest ratings which limits BSMA percentages. Raised prices on parking. Raised prices on cafeteria meals. Losing people but not the work. Limiting WFH when more economical to employees.
