Used to feel like I was a part of an inclusive environment and I no longer feel that way. It feels like the company is punishing unvaccinated employees and we are forced to cover our faces. With being asked to come into the office more, we need to re-work the job accommodation and covid policies.

That they listen and provide an open place to provide feedback.

The company does a great job at trying to keep employees engaged.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture. I support a client that has employees on job accommodations due to the vaccine and they cannot participate in voluntary activities, team lunches, or townhalls which leads to a loss of inclusion. They can no longer participate in volunteer events either. They come to work and leave.
