I have only been with AT&T 1.5 years, I wish that I had known before I started what a great organization AT&T was, I would have applied long before I did.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work I perform is dynamic and rewarding. Its not easy work, but it does add value to the organization and downstream to our customers and shareholders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My AT&T team is always willing to lend a hand, help out and support me. I have worked for some of the largest organizations globally and the AT&T culture is by far my favorite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at AT&T is ensuring that I am successful at my job. I believe that my direct leadership is personally invested in my success and they invest in my current skills and skill ups/cross training so that i will be successful in the future.
