My team is diverse in knowledge and experience. We can provide many different perspectives on projects. Everyone looks out for each other and the greater goal, not just focusing on individual goals. I appreciate that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who truly care make every day better. Those who are able to connect personally with you but not bring personal into your actual work is a skill a lot of people at the company have.
