The inclusivity in the TDP program, and the time allowed to socialize with peers.

RTO policies and surpluses are affecting the confidence and motivation to give one's best for the company. The RTO policies seem arbitrary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a work life balance is very important. Having the ability to refresh after work is very important. I like to workout at the facilities in the office.
