Through good and bad times, the company has been honest with us. In the years that the company did not perform as well there were cuts. But they were always upfront about it and the requirements were always known. Even now, with full RTO not being anyone's favorite topic the expectation is clear.

Transparency, goals are shared and clearly defined, so everyone knows their part.

Expected salary range is known as well as expected increases and where you stand in that range.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some of the best and brightest here. It is a genuine pleasure to work with others who are not only competent, but leaders in their fields.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing something new. I feel like I am often asked to do something we haven't done before and there is real gratification in doing something new and challenging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best thing about the culture and environment at this company is that it has been willing to change when needed. There was an initiative years ago to transform the company and the employees to be ready for the future. Now we are living that transformation and changing again.
