WE support each other and cover each other to do the job. Our common goal is taking care of the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give an actual raise that meets at least the cost of living. Especially while the executive team is pulling large bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job right and getting the customers in service when the back-end teams seem to not care. I am customer facing so it is important to me to take care of my customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quit threatening your employees and yelling at them in town halls. You give extremely low raises at 2% yet demand 150% output. Poor leadership that blames failures on employees when leadership is the driving factor. If your team is not performing, it's because you failed as a leader.
