Great place to work! Overall, I enjoy it and am happy most days. I wish there was more opportunity for career progression and not a mixed culture of legacy AT&T and new AT&T leadership. Being a downtown commuter has its perks and challenges. It's also challenging being newer to the company.

Not sure. Base pay is okay and so are the benefits.

Doing impactful meaningful work that fulfills me and having a manager that supports and champions me and wants to help me succeed at this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part the people are kind to each other and willing to help each other. I also appreciate the feeling of belonging to be myself for the most part.
