What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is forward-thinking and drives innovations that attribute to overall success.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is supporting one another and helping each other under all circumstances - this way we stand strong together with lot of years of combined experience. This helps us deliver the best-in-class service supporting Enterprise customers and their various needs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

AT&T is great, but I wish the company would recognize also the shortcomings so we can all work to prevent repeating them and finding an alternate route to success. Inviting technically-saavy and knowledgeable employees to decision-making tables would make a huge difference here.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing how my work has positive impact. Be it making internal processes known to make the workflow smooth and remove roadblocks, or bringing new revenue through contract negotiations of new deals, or just supporting my existing clients and increasing the trust in AT&T.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Considering the amount of extra effort and work I deliver (often above my paygrade), a promotion would suffice. This way, AT&T may lose their biggest talents to burn out and resignations if the individuals showcasing high performance and delivering value are not recognized appropriately in time.
