on a team level, our team can understand what the team needs. my direct supervisor has given me ideas on how to go about my job and task. the only thing that I don't like is the people in the higher position.

i appreciate mt direct supervisor for his efforts. but above him not sure

we help each other with all the things that confuse me. they all have the nak of listening to what bothers me the most

we laugh at situations that are funny but there is a cense of sensitivity that we avoid laughing at things that may be very serious for others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my designation and QA but i am give more task other than being a QA and the pay is still for QA. I little raise will bee fair
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the pay and the number of QA's have been going down and there are no talk of adding more QA's some QA's are in floating status and there are a lot of work to be done for these QA's to be floating status
