The company has given me the chance to prove myself that I can do more. That I can go out of my comfort zone and be of help. But, I also see loopholes and areas for the company to improve. I hope that the higher management can get feedbacks and suggestions from the employees more often.

Being able to do my job needed, and if there is a way for me to go out of the box, and be able to provide initiatives that will improve the quality of work we provide, and at the same time, bring happiness to my team, then I am more than willing to share the best of my abilities.
