Started from scratch and climb up the ladder with a lot of effort of work. It was not so easy to be appreciated. I do not want a lot of appreciation only simply recognizing the work I have done and contributed to the company would have been satisfying. Simple Thank You token I guess.

The people in my team. We work as one. We move as one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Allowances like food (rice) and travel allowances. HMO at least somehow increased to 150 MBL. Or a free shuttle. Weekly/Monthly Engagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pressure is everywhere but the good thing is with CP360 you don't feel like you are being fueled with all the pressure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like its not as competitive as to other companies. I may understand CP360 is still on its 3 years, but as a whole the company needs to as competitive as other companies. This is how it should work.
