I did have a great experience with the company because I like that I have friends on the workplace, the only downside is that we are still waiting for our salary raise if ever there are.

What I like the most with my Supervisor is that he is so reachable and would always help us with our tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems like tenurity is not valued because usually a raise is provided, we were even evaluated with our work but still none.
