Every time when we need assistance we receive the help from our managers or another supervisor

They are already trying to give us enough tools for develop our daily duties with trainings and weekly feedbacks

The engagement here is very different In our campaign there is a close relation with the complete team work

We always try to help each other and always we try to grow up together as a group, not just individually
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as a supervisor I think that we could be paid better also taking into account that we work 6 days per week
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that I'm being paid good, however I would like to review if can be possible to check a schedule change since we are working 6 days at week
