It's not usually chat support offers big pay and were all lucky to have it here in our company.

prioritizes the well-being of employees, offers support at all levels within the organization, and has policies in place that encourage respect, trust, empathy, and support.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to increase salary specially tenured agents. Ratings of incentives will not just matter if you hit all the metrics , it should be be fair, Like for example if the agents hot the Qa metrics she/ he has a previledge to get some incentives
