I appreciate that the leadership team is open to feedback and works to create an environment where everyone is valued and respected. They are always willing to listen to new ideas and are proactive in making changes to better the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because. To make me feel better about my compensation, Recognation for the work I do and have my contributions rewarded with a higher salary that reflects my value. Additionally, I would like to have the opportunity to salary increase and benefits.
