As of now, it was fantastic as I get to know new people coming from different walks of life and in addition to that I can still learn new things each day while I am working in here.

Wonderful and life changing , as I get to know people coming from different walks of life. Also, CP-360 is the first company I applied for work to and they accepted me even if I do not have any experience in BPO, for that I am greatly thankful for giving me the chance to be part of the company.

Tenured agents are very helpful and friendly.

The managers and TL's are approachable and kind. Also, the coworkers who became friends.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair enough since I do not have that much of an experience working in this industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low considering the cost of living for today's world. We need incentives and appraisal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all work for the best and it`s really great to be supported by your leader and co workers.
