If not due to the account itself and my team, I can't imagine my self staying in this company as I observe that they are not pro employee and agent. Chaotic and unprofessional management exist.

My co-workers make me most happy at work as they remove my personal and work stress.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload and responsibility weigh more than the salary we received. Additional tasks and jobs that are beyond our scope are given and we earn the same with the teams/pod that are less complicated. Company benefits upon regularization in the contract are not followed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a close bond and are continuously looking for ways to help one another in order to lift each other up and leave no one behind - from meals to jobs to responsibilities. We are devoted to assisting one another and working as a team.
