I learned how important it is for the agent to follow all of the process that was taught in the training and also on the production floor. They always make us aware of what would be the good or bad effects of the change that was made.

The best thing they did for us is when they are not refusing to help when we are in need of all the processes that we are confused about, especially at the times that we are still nesting.

The best thing is that we are rooting to be the average team and we are all cooperating with the action plans that the management provided so that we could achieve our goal. Focusing on providing the best customer service and at the same time having good communication with my team mates.
