Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a personal feeling, I've learned that some of the tenured agents are offered a higher basic even though the experience I have is longer than theirs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Though I can feel the thick line drawn between agents and management, I can still see and feel the warm approach from everyone that does not make the environment heavy.
