We are Giving our best in our work for the growth of this company. The company environment has to be changed for the betterment. Coming to our salary point the company is doing injustice as per my opinion.

There is nothing as such.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are giving our efforts for the best but we aren't getting paid for that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A good work environment is much needed for us and when it come to getting paid for what we are working, Its completely injustice
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A good work environment is much needed & the coworkers also much be good in terms along with the TL's & mangers. Nothing is going right in term of team building.
