It was the best company I've worked so far; I experienced and learned a lot of things in the corporate world. Best place to work, building self's portfolio. One thing I think the company lacks, we don't have yearly increase which I believe all other company has, this can demotivate employees to stay

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how engaging team is very consistent with their exciting activities, and the leaders are very approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are cases that I have to do an extra mile of work, such as training the other sites employees or some admin tasks that I have to extend my time unpaid, and I don't get extra allowance for doing those, other sites gain revenues for what I've done but I don't get something in return.
