What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team does a good job letting everybody know what is happening in the company through town halls and similar. However, upper management is upper management and therefore gross by default.

Not enough incentives and remuneration to the job you are doing. Nobody works and excel if not motivated

Friendly people from all departments. Starting to look more at inclusivity and diversity through associate resource groups and hiring practices.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be a part of group who understands more about empathy and less about projections. A mentally safe working envioenment thay has full tranaparency and growth

Freedom to work at my own pace. Supervisors are there if needed, but don't micromanage
