BJs changes ownership every other year or so. the new owners need to put their stamp on the running of the stores and assume waste and inefficiencies. THey come in and. tighten already suffocating policies and make it even harder to do your job while they demand better results

Everyone talks a good talk, though if you look beneath the surface the manager interviewing you is following a script. They have no idea what they are supposed to be looking for and just want a warm body in the position. They hire unqualified people then berate them into meeting their goals.
