The executives do not really have anything to do with hourly employees unless it is to criticize or punish them. They constantly pit hourly employees against salary employees. It is uncomfortable. We're supposed to be a team but it hasn't felt like that in forever.

Being remote, we have group chats that we use to still bounce ideas off of each other and for those that are local we try to meet in office or schedule lunches together.

Coworkers need to quit expecting something when it doesn't involve us. Hourly employees receiving a benefit, team expects something as well. Too busy being negative or complaining about the issues rather than powering through it or coming up with a better way to operate.

The "coworkers" I most interact with are the outsourced Sitel agents. They are awful and do not know their jobs. They make so many errors and are never encouraged to do better. If ABC would get rid of Sitel and bring back the US based employees who actually knew the job, that would be best.

We are empowered to complete projects on our own but are still supported by our peers and leadership. We are encouraged to take time off but there is still a balance I am personally trying to find that while I am off, I am able to enjoy my time off and not worry about the work that will be there.

They support your individual need for time to reset. We all have moderate work loads which is refreshing to keep us busy and the days flying by (which is a good thing) but they respect when we need to "walk away" and reset. There is no judgement and it is encouraged for mental health.

When I was initially hired, there was a video interview and then a group interview. The group interview was foreshadowing to the environment and culture to expect at ABC, it was interesting to be in a group setting and listen to others while still being able to share my own answers.

The clients I have spoken with who have been forced into Commerce absolutely hate it. They weren't informed of it beforehand or asked if they wanted to switch to that platform. Their members are being double billed because they're not cancelled in iSeries before moving to Commerce. (need more room)
