He didn't ask dumb questions like so many others do. You can tell a good manager by his /her questions asked.

Im getting closer to retirement but still out there for a couple years. Work offers local travel and freedom to a point

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The business model is horrid but the actual service is a good thing. Retool the profit margin to allow a bit of loss to retain business.
