Communication and the culture of the company is to find out whatever they perceive to be a wrongdoing and shame you for that wrongdoing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting a paycheck every two weeks. I did not go in for any medical benefits. Could not afford them.

I would like better communication and training as well as pay for all the work we do, and benefits

I feel like there is very few benefits for working with this company. They work you when they need you but the hours are not always there.

The diversity and the support we have for each other. We all step up and help coworkers that need help. We all get along. I have to say that your recruiting department is doing a stellar job.

The higher ups in this company in the district I work in are openly against the aging and make it abundantly clear they prefer young cute girls.
