I feel undervalued because my compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my responsibilities, the quality of my work, and the results I consistently deliver. Over time, I have taken on additional tasks and contributed beyond my core role, but my pay has not increased proportionately.

Care about their position and engage! Their teams suffer when they dont and leaves their team looking for direction.

They could start by responding to emails in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to follow up twice and CC their manager to get any acknowledgement that my email was even received, let alone finding out if they're working on what I inquired about.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are on 6th GM (task force) in 4 years and the EC comprises of members that are not qualified for the job. Lack of leadership, inconsistent performance, no stability with operations, a lot more work dumped on a select few that do complete the work. rewarding work with more work has become the norm
