The best part of my compensation package is the solid base salary, which was competitive to my previous company. They also provided me with a good number of shares, to offset the non-vested shares I had to give up to move to Alida.

My team receives a bonus once a year, but is heavily involved in expansion sales with little to no support from the sales team that receive the commission for the deal. This needs to be more fairly distrubuted. I am also underpaid for the market but salary reviews are only once a year

Compensation is similar to market research salaries. As we claim to be software business and no service provider, this is too low

Our compensation is based on a research company when we are now SAAS and tends to be much lower than the current going rate in the US. NY and Minnesota employees also make the same thing so they can buy houses/recreational vehicles and New Yorkers struggle to stay afloat.

We are consistently under market value in compensation. While they have recently tried to improve benefits programs, if you are outside North America there is little to no consideration for those markets.

I loved the involvement from other departments, in making sure I was a good cultural fit. I got to speak to the VP of the Center of Excellence, and Customer Success executives, in addition to Professional Services leadership. This felt empowering and welcoming.
