It's not really their fault things are unclear, the market is odd with AI coming in and changing just about everything with the company. Lots of fog of war right now but I'm sure when it clears a little we'll have a better idea.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary hasn't grown with inflation over the last few years, when I hired on it was fair but now I'm roughly about 20k underpaid when compared to similar hiring posts and roles at other companies.

Everyone here is very smart, I went from my last place of work of being the smartest one in the room to here where I am very much not and it's exciting and challenging.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Several people at Alkami are difficult to work with, especially on the SRE and Network Engineering teams, including the manager. Some people, such as the manager, are overly aggressive and pushy, creating a toxic work atmosphere and culture.
